Where this is the case, External Home Improvements (Fylde & Wyre) offer replacement, sealed double glazing units, whilst retaining your existing frames.

Wooden Frames

In fact, unlike many other double glazing companies, we will attempt to preserve, adapt and use existing wooden frames where feasible.

If you have existing mahogany or other hard wood frames, we can usually fit double glazed units into them.

Even where the existing frames are single glazed, we can route them to accommodate a double glazed sealed unit.
